A Dallas native, Cal graduated from Baylor University with an Accounting degree. After a successful career as CFO of a construction company Cal entered into the world of Real Estate. Initially on the commercial side of things Cal transitioned into the residential market in 2007. Persistent without being pushy Cal utilizes many of the analytical and negotiating skill that he honed in the corporate world to also make certain that his clients get the best possible results whether buying or selling. “Integrity is a must. I don’t sugar coat things or tell my clients what they want to hear just to get the business.” This straightforward approach has helped Cal sell homes for many of his clients in less than 30 days – some less than a week!
Cal also realizes that finding the perfect home can be a timely process. He is extremely patient in making sure his clients’ needs are understood. Cal works in a casual, but straightforward manner. “Ensuring that I find my clients the best possible house to suit their needs is what motivates me. I never pressure my clients for a sale. I want them to feel confident and informed in their decision-making process.”
Cal lives with his wife Carri in McKinney. They are members of Watermark Church and together they have four children and four grandchildren.
